No card on file: One order per package. We remind you before it runs out; renewing is up to you.
No per-player pricing: A package is priced by memory, not by slots. Invite as many friends as the server holds.

Daily backups: A snapshot of your world every day and before every update, back with one click — Hardmode or not.
DDoS filtering: Network-level filtering, always on, with no bandwidth cap and no traffic fees.
Live console and metrics: The server console in the browser, with CPU, memory and the players online beside it.

Pricing FAQ

What if it is not for me?: Then you get your money back. Your first package order comes with a money-back guarantee: within 48 hours of paying, ask from Billing and everything you paid comes back to the card you paid with. No reason needed, and the server that order bought stops. It covers one order per account, the first, and it is in addition to the 14-day cancellation right every order has.
Does a package renew on its own?: No. A package is a one-time order for 30 days: no card is kept on file and nothing is ever taken automatically. We email you 3 days before it ends, and buying another period is a fresh order you place yourself.
Does sleeping make my package last longer?: No, and it is not meant to. The price covers 30 days whether the server is awake or asleep. Sleeping is there so an empty server stops burning a machine — on a package it costs you nothing either way, and the server wakes the moment a player joins.
What happens when the period is up?: The server stops. Your world, files and backups are kept for 7 days, so buying another period puts it back exactly as you left it. After that the Service ends and there is a further 7 days in which we can still recover a backup for you; then it is removed.
Can I cancel a package?: Yes. A package order carries the same 14-day cancellation right as any other paid order. If your server was already started in that time you pay a proportionate amount for the days you used, and the rest goes back to the card you paid with.
Can I pay by the second for a Terraria server?: No. Terraria is sold by the package only: one order for 30 days at a fixed price. The free trial and the metered Starter and Pro plans are for Minecraft servers.
What payment methods do you accept?: All major credit and debit cards via Polar (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). We sell in pounds, euros and Turkish lira: the prices on this page are the ones for the language you are reading it in, while the currency you are actually charged in is fixed when you open the checkout, from your billing country, and does not change for that purchase afterwards.

No card kept on fileNothing renews on its ownVAT included

¹A package is one order for 30 days. No card is kept on file and nothing renews on its own; we email you 3 days before the period ends, and another period is a fresh order you place yourself — the terms are in the Terraria Service Schedule.↩
²The money-back guarantee covers the first package order on an account, once. Ask from Billing within 48 hours of paying and everything you paid for that order comes back to the card you paid with, no reason needed; the server it bought then stops. A later order or a renewal does not carry it. It is in addition to your 14-day cancellation right, never instead of it, and the terms are in the Usage and Billing Schedule.↩
³When the period ends the server stops and your world, files and backups are kept for 7 days, then a further 7 days in which we can still recover a backup. A package order carries the same cancellation right as any other paid order: if the server was already started you pay a proportionate amount for the days you used and the rest goes back.↩
⁴Prices include VAT. Euro prices are the sterling figures in euros. Lira prices are set separately and are not a currency conversion of either.↩
⁵The suggestion, and the player range under each size, are a starting point rather than a measurement, and no package limits how many players can join. Memory grows with the size of the world and with the mods on it; the number of players and the bosses they fight mostly load the CPU.↩
⁶A server sleeps once no player has been connected for the time you set, and the next connection wakes it; that first join waits while the world loads. Players connect over TCP to terraria.play.eytak.com on your server's own port, shown in the panel. On a package, sleep is on by default.↩
